Новый способ “наказать” тех, кто посмел участвовать в выборной кампании не на стороне действующей власти изобрели правоохранительные органы г.о. Химки.
Руководствуясь не нормой закона, а чьей-то “волей” сотрудники милиции решили “проверить” все фирмы, внесшие денежные средства в избирательный фонд неудобных кандидатов.
Начались “проверки” с телефонных звонков - где директор, сколько человек работает на фирме. После чего последовали “письма счастья” с просьбой предоставить всю бухгалтерскую документацию, учредительные документы фирмы, и даже, план экспликации БТИ.
Такие запросы химкинским фирмам рассылает 1 отдел Оперативно-розыскной части № 9 Управления по налоговым преступлениям ГУВД Московской области за подписью начальника подполковника милиции Д.В. Языкова.
И всё это в то время, когда Президент дал прямое указание правоохранительным органам о прекращении всех незаконных проверок малого и среднего бизнеса. С это целью внесены изменения в Федеральный закон “О милиции” - из статьи 11 этого закона исключены пункты 25 и 35, на основании которых ранее правоохранительные органы имели право проверять финансово-хозяйственную деятельность предприятий.
Видно, об изменениях действующего законодательства местные правоохранительные органы не уведомлены. И не смотрят телепередачи с выступлениями Президента.
Может быть, эта публикация подвигнет их к исполнению указаний Президента, а также к изучению и соблюдению действующего законодательства

What is the Institute Examination Program? it’s a comprehensive program by the College Board which can allow students to acquire college credit at many major universities including Yale and University of New York. There are a number of exams in dozens of subjects including Fire Management and Public Administration.
Having taken a number of the examinations for myself, I can attest to their validity as an excellent program to get low cost credits. Read a textbook on the subject; I read a text on Sociology. The next step is to sigh up for a proctored examination through a testing center. Check the College Board website to search for testing centers in your area. Depending on the location you live near there may be up to a dozen various examination centers. Each exam costs around $55 but there is often an additional charge stipulated by the test center which very often varies in price.
At the test center, you’ll have to check in with the program supervisor. Next you will be brought into a room with terminals which run special software. The examinations are all taken on computer and offer students great flexibility in taking the test. One can go back to questions, mark them to review, skip questions, see how many questions one has left or any number of other operations. The computer software also features a graphing calculator should you be taking a math examination.
One of the country’ leading colleges which accepts testing credits is the Monterey Polytechnic Institute. Mont Poly is a private institution in Monterey, CA which offers a variety of associates, bachelors, and masters degrees specializing in Business, Professional Development, Public Adminsitration, Human Relations, and a number of other majors in the arts and sciences. Prior Learning Assessment degree programs are also available. Monterey Polytechnic’s flexible schedule of lecture and correspondence courses are specialized for working adults. Mont Poly is widely recognized as one of the most respected, student centered, and cost effective universities in the country.
So, what reason do you have to try it? If you are a junor or senior trying to finish up diplome requirements, if you are proficient in your field of study and desire recognition for it, or if you simply want to scoop the absurd costs imposed by universities then College Credential Review Program is for you. It is very cheap, usually only $55 for the exam and a processing fee that is almost always under $15. It is definitely a great way to earn college credit based on what you already know without sitting through an AP course for a year. If you take algebra in High School, for instance, there is no corresponding AP, but for college credit, consider taking the CLEP. It is one day of your life and merely 90 minutes in length. In addition, you’ll find out if you pass immediately. Typically a score of 50 is usually good enough for credit for most colleges. You should check with your university for acceptance information.
